Sculpting
Every piece begins with hand sculpting, where the original design is carefully shaped to capture every detail.

Mold making
Once the sculpture is finalized, a custom mold is created to accurately preserve the original form.

Fiberglass casting
The mold is laminated using fiberglass reinforced with polyester resin, creating a lightweight, strong, and durable structure.

First cast production
The first fiberglass copy is removed from the mold and carefully inspected for accuracy and quality.

Surface preparation
The piece is trimmed, sanded, and refined to achieve a flawless surface ready for finishing.

Painting & finishing
The sculpture is professionally painted and finished using customized colors, textures, and protective coatings to achieve the desired aesthetic and long-lasting performance.
